American Pacific Mining Corp. has acquired 100% ownership of the Palmer VMS Project in Alaska and received $10 million as part of the transaction.

The Palmer Project, located near a deep seaport in Haines, Alaska, is an advanced-stage copper-zinc-gold-silver exploration site with defined mineral resources and remaining exploration areas.
