Prime Mining - Los Reyes Project Update: Resource Doubled, 40,000 Meter Fully Funded Drill Program In 2024
Prime Mining ("Prime" or the "Company") (TSX:PRYM - OTCQX:PRMNF) continues to be very active at the Company's Los Reyes Project in Sinaloa, Mexico. Last year the Company "effectively doubled the gold-equivalent resource ounces at our high-grade Los Reyes Project with drilling up to our December 2022 resource drilling cutoff", drilled almost 60,000 meters in 2023, has 40,000 meters of drilling underway this year, and promoted Scott Hicks to CEO, taking over for Dan Kunz who retired on February 1st 2024.
Scott Hicks, the new CEO at Prime joins us to share his vision for the Company and recap where the the Project stands currently. We have Scott outline the updated Resource Estimate (released on May 2nd) which reported 1.47 million Indicated gold-equivalent (“AuEq”) ounces at a 1.68 grams per tonne (“gpt”) average grade and 0.73 million Inferred AuEq ounces at a 1.26 gpt average grade. We also ask Scott about this year's drill program and the balance between expansion drilling and new discovery drilling.
If you have any follow up questions for Scott please email us at Fleck@kereport.com or Shad@kereport.com.
