Sitka Gold - Clear Creek Project Acquisition From Victoria Gold Consolidates The RC Gold Project, 15,000 Meter Drill Program Resumes At RC Project

Mike Burke, Director and VP of Corporate Development at Sitka Gold (TSX.V:SIG - OTCQB:SITKF - FRE:1RF) joins me to recap the recent acquisition of the Clear Creek Project, from Victoria Gold, which consolidates the RC Gold Project, in the Yukon. 

We begin by discussing the strategic importance of combining the Clear Creek Project with the RC Gold Project. We cover the historical exploration work done at Clear Creek, including drilling results from Golden Predator's previous programs, and discuss how this acquisition enhances Sitka Gold's potential for new discoveries. We outline the transaction terms, including share issuance and future payments, as well as plans for immediate exploration and drilling. 

We then discuss the ongoing 15,000 meter drill program at the RC Project with the goal to expand on the over 1.3million ounce gold inferred resource estimate that was released in January 2023.
