Solaris Resources - Financing Update, Drill Program Expansion To 60,000 Meters, Look Ahead To Resource Update, EIA and PFS

Dan Earle, President and CEO of Solaris Resources (TSX: SLS - NYSE: SLSR) joins me to provide a comprehensive update for the Warintza Copper and Gold Project in Ecuador. We discuss the expanded drill program, termination of a minority equity interest from Zijin Mining due to regulatory and market changes, the completion of a $54 million private placement and look ahead to upcoming key project milestones. 

The expanded drill program now includes 60,000 meters of drilling focusing on resource growth and infill at the Warintza Project with significant expansion areas such as Warintza Central, East, Southeast, and the newly discovered Patrimonio area. The company is also progressing with regional exploration of new claims acquired from the government of Ecuador, advancing toward drilling. 

Upcoming catalysts include a resource update in July 2024, the submission of an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in the second half of the year, and a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) expected in the second half of next year.
